Athletic Teams

Our Athletic Director, Jim Sarigianis, and his staff of volunteer coaches, lead our Basketball and Volleyball teams for both younger and older boys and girls. The teams practice on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and participate in a local league of other area Orthodox Churches encouraging fun, fellowship and spirited good sportsmanship. The basketball league has four divisions, all of which are open to both male and female participants. Midgets - Ages 7-10; Juniors - Ages 11-13; Intermediates - Ages 14-18; Seniors - Ages 19 and up. We also have a girls volleyball team, open to girls ages 12-18. Team Registration takes place in September; practices begin in October; and the League begins its season in November and ends in early March. A copy of the League Rules and Regulations Booklet is available on our web site or at the Church Office.

d. Seniors - Ages 19 and up coached by Jim Benas

We also have a girls volleyball team, open to girls ages 12-18, and coached by Andrea Constantinidi.
